Introduction
In 2020, I started a daily UI prompt challenge from DailyUI.co. Admittedly, I didn’t make it all the way through the 100-day challenge, but here are a few of my favorite highlights.
Checkout
This prompt called for a checkout screen. I approached the solution as if Starbucks were an e-commerce-only coffee company, without physical stores, and added two extra screens to flesh out the flow.

Calculator
For this calculator prompt, I created a loan calculator. Instead of leaving the user to select an ad-hoc interest rate that may or may not apply to their financial situation, I used FICO credit scores to help approximate accurate rates.
App Icon
It’s Donut Time. Originally created on a Friday morning (the prime time for donuts in our household), this app would function as a hub for all of the local donut shops in the user’s geographical area.
